Exploring time and creating value by

understanding our history

Originally founded in 1977 by GT Ferreira, Laurie Dippenaar and Paul Harris, the RMB Group of companies has created some of South Africa’s most recognisable brands. The vision, drive and complementary strengths of this trio created one of South Africa’s leading investment banks and today the founders are still an important shareholder grouping and are still active on governance structures.
